Akafuku-mochi with red bean paste

If you like Japanese sweets such as Anko (餡子, あんこ), which is red bean paste, I recommend this rice cake to you.

A famous Japanese sweet named Akafuku-mochi (赤福餅, あかふくもち) is in that picture. The rice cakes are covered by red bean paste. It looks very tasty from my view!

But if you’ve never eaten red bean paste, you may not imagine the taste. You may think “Bean? It can’t be sweet”. Actually it’s so sweet, because it includes sugar. You can call it red bean “sweet” paste.

Try it and enjoy that taste!
